ABOUT ME
Mary's Rainbow Path Counselling
Hello, I am Mary, I'm a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor, passionate about creating a safe, supportive and non-Judgemental space where you can be truly heard, valued and understood.
My approach is grounded in the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth, healing and positive change when offered the right conditions.
I work by placing you at the heart of the process, listening with empathy and without judgement, while respecting your unique experiences.
Together we can explore the challenges you are facing at your own pace, helping you to deepen self-awareness, build resilience and move towards that life you want to live.
I am passionate about working with children and young people. With over 16 years of experience supporting children and young people in residential care.
I bring warmth, patience and a deep understanding of the challenges they may face. I create a safe space where children and young people’s voices are heard and they are embraced for who they are. I adapt my approach to suit each individual whether through creative, playful methods or just providing a space to talk and understand their world.
