Free 30-Minute Meet & Greet

I offer a free 30-minute meet & greet before starting counselling. This is a relaxed, informal appointment where you (and parents/carers if appropriate) can meet me, see the therapy room and ask any questions.

You do not have to talk about anything difficult or personal unless you want to. The purpose is simply to help you feel comfortable and to decide whether I am the right counsellor for you.

I will explain how counselling works, confidentiality, and how I keep you safe.

There is no obligation to continue afterwards - you are free to take your time and decide.

For children and young people, this session helps them become familiar with me and the space so their first session feels much easier and less worrying.
