Person-Centred Therapy
Person-centred therapy offers a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace. At the heart of this approach is the belief that you are the expert in your own life and that, given the right conditions, you have the capacity for growth, healing and positive change.
Person-Centred Therapy
I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor, passionate about creating a safe and accepting environment where you feel truly heard, valued and understood. I work with empathy and without judgement, allowing you the space to speak openly and honestly about whatever you are facing.
My approach
Person-centred therapy places you at the centre of the process. Rather than directing or advising, I listen deeply and respectfully, supporting you to explore your experiences and emotions in a way that feels right for you.
Together, we can:
-
Explore challenges and difficulties in a safe, supportive way
-
Increase self-awareness and emotional understanding
-
Build resilience and self-confidence
-
Develop greater clarity and self-acceptance
-
Move towards the life you want to live
Sessions are led by you, at your pace, in a space where you are accepted without judgement.
This approach can be particularly powerful for those who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, unheard or unsure where to begin.
